Birth Preparation

Private birth preparation class in your home! In my birth preparation class we talk about oxytocin and the dynamics of birth. I talk about natural pain relief methods and together we try out some massage and counter pressure techniques that the partner may use during labour. We also talk about your birth plan, fears, wishes and all the questions you might have. The course is planned for one afternoon.
